Industrial Oven

Industrial Oven – For information on ovens used in industrial applications we first take a look at Wikipedia.org. On the web-page Industrial-Oven we find a list with different types: curing ovens; drying ovens; baking ovens; batch ovens; conveyor or continuous ovens; ovens for clean semi-conductor manufacturing; ovens for biotechnology processes. This page can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industrial_oven . Information on industrial microwave ovens can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microwave_oven .

The following stop is the Wisconsin Oven Corporation, a supplier, but also a manufacturer of Ind. Ovens. They are America's largest manufacturer of Ind. Ovens, with the broadest range. Basicly there are three types of ovens, they have to offer: batch ovens, conveyor ovens and miscellaneous applications ovens. More information can be found at the following website: http://www.wisoven.com/ . They serve their worldwide customers from their headquarters in East Troy, Wisconsin, and also trough their worldwide dealer net-work. Replacement parts can be ordered on-line, you can find the page here: http://www.wisoven.com/rep_part.htm .

Next on my list is the Despatch Industries where they supply the industry with industrial furnaces. They have a wide variety of industrial heat treat furnaces, infra-red ovens and infra-red furnaces for diffusion, curing, drying and firing. A detailed description of these different solutions can be found on their web-site: www.despatch.com .

The following on my list is Epcon Industrial Systems, specialised in manufacturing and designing of pre-engineered and pre-tested regenerative thermal oxidisers, industrial furnaces and ovens, recuperative thermal oxidisers, afterburners, and speciality finishing systems. They are the only company whom is building both industrial furnaces and thermal oxidisers, under one roof. Details and examples can be found on the following website: www.epconlp.com and here www.epconlp.com/industrial-ovens.php .

The following company to visit is Engineered Production Systems, where they construct industrial and pharmaceutical ovens and furnaces. Typical applications they know how to solve are: heat treating, ageing, solution heat treat and quench, annealing, curing, billet preheat, dry-off, bake-out,dry heat sterilization, wrinkle free garment processing, and granulation drying. For full details of the mentioned solutions you could visit the website: www.epsovens.com .

And finally a directory of industrial furnaces and ovens manufacturers and distributors can be found here: http://www.industrialoven.com/ .
